Allspice was used as a spice in the Carribean before the arrival of Europeans. It is now used as an ingredient in chutneys, sauces and condiments. It is a digestive stimulant taken to relieve flatulence and indigestion.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant. Do not take essential oil internally.
